Both are easy to install and require relatively little maintenance. Composites (Trex,\u00a0TimberTech,\u00a0MoistureShield\u00a0or\u00a0Fiberon) contain recycled wood and plastic and are heavier than PVC\u2019s (AZEK\u00a0or\u00a0Fiberon), which contain no organic material whatsoever \u2013 but therefore more expensive to manufacturer and have a higher price point.<\/p><\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n                    <div class=\"ct-accordion-item \">\r\n                <div class=\"ct-ac-title \" data-target=\"#0b8adfact_accordion-4dd3510\">\r\n                    <a class=\"ct-ac-title-text\">\r\n                                                                        Which composite decking brand is better?                    <\/a>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n                <div id=\"0b8adfact_accordion-4dd3510\" class=\"ct-ac-content\"><p>Trex,\u00a0TimberTech,\u00a0MoistureShield,\u00a0Azek\u00a0and\u00a0Fiberon Decking\u00a0all offer similar performance benefits when compared to softwoods like\u00a0Cedar\u00a0or\u00a0Pressure Treated Decking. As we supply all of the above brands (and more) we do not determine one to be better than the other.<\/p><p>From our experience, our customers generally carry out their own research to establish which brand they align to, but in more simpler terms, when it comes to selecting the product to lay down on your new deck \u2013 more often than not it comes down to price, color and grain pattern and texture.
